Untitled - Mariya Hentosh

I tremble violently as your weakened love destroys the planet.
My body shivers quietly, while the fire tears apart the granite.
My face shaped in terror, hoping my mind has made an error.
Your warm breath surrounds me, as you move so swiftly,
To a place far off from shelter, and unknown disaster.

The bridges are falling and the whole world stopped turning
as I’m stranded alone on an island that’s’ burning.
The mountains collide while the children hide,
While buildings are taken by the mighty oceans tide.

My soul has withered and my body has lingered
you lead me away from the screams of the broken world left behind.
You take me farther than anyone of mankind
a light shines so bright and its all starting to come into sight.
My tears start a river, glowing beneath an unidentified bright light.

The bridges are falling and the whole world stopped turning
as I’m stranded alone on an island that’s’ burning.
The mountains collide while the children hide,
While buildings are taken by the mighty oceans tide.

We have nothing but memories and our last hope
To start a new melody ending on a different note.
Violins being to sing as guitars start to string,
Your voice like an enchanted choir, my weak voice grows stronger.
The tempo is faster, the drums seem to wander, and the piano bangs harder.
For the finally my band is silent as your weakened love destroys the planet.
