The night sky connected to the water as one
She didn't had the time but she knew she was half past done.
She took off her sandles and threw them to the ground
She twirled on the rocks, round and around.
The pain in her feet had no feeling to her
She ripped off her jacked, made of real fur.
She raced to the ocean at full speed
She stopped when the water was up to her knees.
She teared apart her dress and watched it sink
It was such a relief not having to think.
She began to run again it was harder this time
The water attacked her body, she swallowed it down, as if it tasted like lime.
Her lungs were full with the water
but her mind started to wander.
She closed her eyes
Said her final good-byes.
The night sky connected to the water as one
She didn't have the time but she knew she was half past done.
