my lovely followers , i would really appreaciate your help !!

sooo .. today my mother and me went to our local fashion district. I bought a skirt & belt from american apparel. I also bought this dress that from a botique called " Hush Shout". I know some of my followers are absoultly gifted and have great fashion sense, I would LOVE your opinion on this dress, if its flattering or not and what accesorices I should have with it , or if i should even keep it ! Even if you dont have a fashion blog just tell me I would LOOOVE your opinion :) Oh and can you chose which picture should be my facebook profile picture ? just comment below ( preeetty please ! ) sayin which letter and your opinions on this outfit . ( the vest is from europe ) p.s - im not trying to brag in anyway :)
